Behind Affinity…
Gina is the Physiotherapist at Affinity Veterinary Physiotherapy. She qualified as a chartered human Physiotherapist in 2012 and has since undergone a further two years of study to specialise as a Veterinary Physiotherapist. She is a member of ACPAT (The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy), who are the only professional bodies to accredit combined human and Veterinary Physiotherapy at masters level. This allows her to take referrals from specialist veterinary hospitals and is covered by all insurance companies.
Gina has grown up with and around dogs and horses. She enjoys nothing better than being in the countryside in the saddle or with her dog Milo.
Milo is a Romanian rescue who is very nervous and has taught Gina so much around how to handle nervous and reactive dogs. She regularly assesses and treats nervous dogs and gets referrals from behaviourists frequently.
Gina’s aim is to make every animal feel safe, understood and supported, while helping them move more comfortably and confidently.
Compassionate care that restores movement and comfort.
